Return Policy

All sales made through the Walk 'n Buy.com are subject to our return policy as following:
You can have a full refund when returning the product within 30 days after invoice date. The product must be in original packing (packing materials, acessories and manuals), and you must send the original receipt. A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). If you have any question or any problem and need help about warranty after the return period, please read Walk 'n Buy.com warranty policy for more details.

- Return for refund (shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
- Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date

All products covered under this Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Shipping

All orders placed on Walk 'n Buy.com are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies.
Generally orders are shipped in one or two days after payment confirmed. The delivery time depends of the shipping method you choose.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation
e-mail.
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

APO / FPO Shipping:

If you are stationed within the U.S: please use a normal postal address for shipping. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
